When I stay at my favorite hotel, staff always go above and beyond. They even helped me find the best place to exchange currency. It's got everything I need- Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, and security. Plus, the rooftop pool and spa make it the perfect romantic escape.

The front desk staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were super friendly and accommodating, and even gave me the wifi password right away along with a complimentary travel stub. The location of the hotel was just perfect, as it was within walking distance of everything I wanted to explore. And let me tell you, the rooftop Korean restaurant that stays open till 3AM was mind-blowing! The food was delicious and it was such a treat to have a late-night dining option. The amenities in the room were fantastic, with a nice bed, a great shower, and even a mini fridge. I also appreciated the lockbox in the room and the decent-size storage closet. And let's not forget the late checkout they allowed me to have, even though the hotel was fully booked. It was a huge relief for me and I'm very grateful for their flexibility. the staff and location really made this hotel stand out for me. They were always willing to help and the convenience of being within walking distance of nightlife, dining, shopping, and more was a major plus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the staff were incredibly friendly and provided me with great customer service. The amazing greeting I received upon arrival really made me feel welcomed. The location was also ideal, with a short walk to the city center and a quiet area for peaceful sleep. The restaurant was impressive with delicious options to choose from for breakfast.

My family had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. the convenient location near SM and fields is a great plus, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. the new clean rooms, with spacious bathrooms, made our stay even more pleasant. Fast wifi was a bonus. the bar provided us with a cozy place to hang out and the superior room was very comfortable.

Although the hotel offers friendly service, the noisy aircon in the rooms can be a bit bothersome at times.
